Dr. Buzz is a life-long learner in the School of Life and head of the Department of Life Studies. He has been assigned by the Supreme School Administrator as your professor, so, tough luck for you. He happens to be a mean, bad teacher who yells at his students and has temper tantrums. But don't worry, you're not likely to be injured.
Dr. Buzz is hyper-political and his "teaching" focuses almost exclusively on politically controversial subjects. The two biggest of those are drugs/drug use/drug laws and Jews/Israel/Palestine.
